Problem
We’re a lean in-house team, and scaling Meta ads—especially around sale periods—used to be hard because it takes time to dig through past performance and make confident decisions fast.
What changed
We used Plug to quickly analyze which creatives performed best in previous years’ sales campaigns, then built this year’s campaign plan around what had already proven to work.
Results
ROAS was ~2–3× higher compared to similar sales campaigns last year, and we were able to scale spend with more confidence while keeping the ad expertise in-house.
