We read every creative that nine travel eSIM brands ran on Meta in September 2026, more than 9,000 of them, and sorted them by what they promise and how they hook.
What this means if you advertise in this category
What everyone says: data the moment you land, without roaming. Practicality is the main feeling in 51% of the creatives, and convenience is the main argument in 43%, as in Maya Mobile's "One eSIM. Zero hassle. Sign up, install, and toggle on when you land."
What almost nobody says: proof. Only 3% argue with reviews, and 3% show the product working.
A test worth running: put a number on the saving against roaming. Only 2% argue by comparison; Jetpac does it in 12% ("up to 70% cheaper than standard roaming").
Nine brands chase one traveller
Each sells one eSIM for many countries, and all nine reach the same 28 markets (Simify 27), so each creative competes with eight others for the same person.
Brand | Creatives | New in September |
|---|---|---|
2,689 | 29% | |
2,217 | 14% | |
1,629 | 31% | |
Jetpac | 837 | 62% |
632 | 64% | |
519 | 15% | |
Simify | 399 | 48% |
Maya Mobile | 345 | 34% |
119 | 66% | |
All nine brands | 9,386 | 35% |
They all sell the same relief, in almost the same words
Roaming is the shared enemy, and the copy shows it.
Ubigi: "Land in Japan with unlimited data. No roaming fees, no SIM swap - just tap and go."
Yesim: "Forget roaming – travel with comfort!"
Holafly: "Say goodbye to surprise bills when you get back from your trip."

Same promise, different first seconds: a pain, a price or a question
With one promise, the hook decides who gets noticed.
A pain point is the most common hook (28%). Saily and Roamless use it most (40% and 44%), as in Saily's "Don't let sky-high roaming charges eat into your travel budget."
Jetpac and Maya Mobile open on the offer more than anyone (31% and 35%, against 12% overall), as in Jetpac's "Use code ESIM15 for 15% off now!"
Airalo and Simify open on curiosity (38% and 43%, against 24%), as in Simify's "Spending a month or more travelling the world?"
Format splits them: creator videos or static posters
The format and the face on screen go together.
Roamless, Simify and Airalo run mostly video (69%, 60% and 58%), and creators carry their creatives (53%, 62% and 49%).
Jetpac and Ubigi run mostly statics (77% and 81%), and lean on graphic posters (67% and 66%).
Saily stands out on tone instead: humour in 31% of its creatives, against 13% overall.
All of this is what Meta shows publicly, with no spend or results
It shows what these brands run, not what works.
Every creative running from 1 to 30 September 2026 in 28 markets across Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and North America.
A market counts when a creative reached it, which is not the same as being targeted at it.
