We read every creative that eleven menopause care brands ran on Meta from 13 September to 12 October 2026, more than 1,200 of them, and sorted them by hook, feeling and idea.

What this means if you advertise in this category

  • What everyone says: your symptoms are real, and relief exists. 50% of the creatives open on a symptom or pain point, and relief is the main feeling in 67%.

  • What almost nobody says: what the care looks like once you start. Only 8% show it working, and 5% walk through the service or app.

  • A test worth running: open with what other patients say. Only 4% of creatives do; Newson Health is the outlier at 33% of its own.

Half open on a symptom, and most promise relief

The first line names how she feels; the rest says it can change.

  • Voy opens on a pain point in 75% of its creatives, against 50% for the category.

  • Relief is the main feeling for 10 of the 11 brands. Voy: "I felt like something was off, but I didn’t really know what it was." Winona: "Trouble Sleeping? Night Sweats? Unwanted Weight Gain? Mood Swings?" Midi Health: "Perimenopause comes with a lot of changes. You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through them."

Three open differently: on curiosity, on experts, on patients

Against those symptoms, a different first line stands out.

Flo, Bioid Health and Newson Health creatives side by side
  • 29% open on a question or a score that makes her want the answer; Flo is the outlier at 43% of its own: "Does perimenopause feel unpredictable? Flo helps you understand symptoms and have more control."

  • 31% argue through expert authority; Bioid Health is the outlier at 87% of its own: "Get expert advice to manage your menopause symptoms for just £25 (50% OFF)."

  • Newson Health opens on patient reviews, in static images only: "What patients think of Newson Clinic".

Some brands repeat one idea, others vary widely

Creatives that share one concept count as one idea, even when each is shot differently. The fewer ideas a brand runs, the less varied its creatives.

  • Bioid Health puts 92% of its creatives into one idea: a health expert talks to camera about symptoms, then offers a booking. It is also the most common idea, at 14% of all creatives.

  • Winona and Alloy vary the most: their biggest idea holds 11% and 13% of their creatives.

  • Flo sits in between. Its biggest idea, 25%, pairs a symptom score with a line like "Transform perimenopause confusion into understanding."

All of this is what Meta shows publicly, with no spend or results

It shows what these brands run, not what works.

  • Every creative running from 13 September to 12 October 2026 that reached any of 18 countries; for Voy, its menopause creatives only.

  • Health claims in the quotes are the brands' own words.
