BetterMe, Sweat, Gymondo and Pilame Meta ad creatives side by side

We read every creative that 11 home workout apps for women ran on Meta in Europe from 21 September to 20 October 2026, more than 1,400 of them, and sorted them by hook, argument and idea.

What this means if you advertise in this category

  • What everyone says: a workout that fits into your day, at home. 25% of the creatives argue mainly on ease, the most common argument.

  • What almost nobody says: that other women got results with it. Only 3% lean on what other users say.

  • A test worth running: show the certified trainer behind the plan, correcting a real woman's form. Only 5% of creatives lean on an expert; Pilame is the outlier at 15% of its own.

Ease comes first, and three apps argue it in about half their creatives

The most common argument is ease: a short workout at home, at your own pace. 25% of creatives argue this way.

  • Rocapine, 65% of its creatives: "Achieve your goals easily".

  • Sweat, 57%: "Start in your living room".

  • BetterMe, 45%: "a routine you can actually follow."

Two German apps sell a course that health insurance pays for

Price is the main argument in 19% of creatives. Gymondo and Pilame lean on it far more, and both tell women that German health insurance refunds the course.

Gymondo, Pilame and Gymondo creatives side by side
  • Gymondo argues on price in 59% of its creatives, against 19% overall: "Your health insurance pays up to 100%."

  • Pilame does in 66%: "Statutory health insurers refund certified prevention courses. Online too."

No idea is shared widely, but five apps put most of their creatives into one

Creatives that share one concept count as one idea, even when each is shot differently. The most common idea here holds only 10% of all creatives, yet five apps put more than half of their own into a single idea. SHREDDY spreads widest, with 18% in its biggest.

  • Sweat, 97% of its creatives: "Train strong. Train confident. Train like ME"

  • JustFit, 95%: "Get VISIBLE body transformation in 28 DAYS with JustFit!"

All of this is what Meta shows publicly, with no spend or results

It shows what these apps run, not what works.

  • Every creative running from 21 September to 20 October 2026 that reached any of 30 markets in Europe.

  • A country counts when a creative reached it, which is not the same as targeting it.
