Our two-sided B2C ecommerce marketplace customer was looking to improve their TOF-MOF KPIs with expensive original content production. Plug’s approach of recycling and repurposing their already existing video marketing content convinced the customer and has turned out to be a cost-effective and fast strategy for enabling a fresh flow of localised performance ads weekly for the customer’s all 12 European markets.

Solution

Plug gathered the customer’s existing assets, totalling around 4 minutes of original  content per market. Building on top of the existing assets, Plug provides new, engaging ads using human-like AI-generated avatars and voiceovers (Avatar Generated Content, AGC), among other creative variety and elements, in weekly cycles:

  1. Plug creates ad concepts and scripts for all markets based on client’s creative and growth strategy. The client approves the new concepts in batches, saving the internal teams’ time. 
  2. Plug delivers 3-4 ads per week for the customer’s all 12 markets (average of 30 ads/week delivered), utilising client’s existing materials and Plug’s creative expertise and tech.
